We will assess and prioritize the areas of Upper or Lower body you are affected and work with specific orthopedic techniques, and other such as Myofascial Release MFR, Neuromuscular Technique NMT, Active release, muscle energy technique MET, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation PNF to increase range of motion. This type of massage will help you relieve that chronic pain area you have been feeling for a few weeks, months or even years.
