This customized Clinical Massage is designed to your needs and it include advanced massage techniques to relieve pain and increase range of motion. We will assess and prioritize the areas of Upper or Lower body you are affected and work with specific orthopedic techniques, and other such as Myofascial Release MFR, Neuromuscular Technique NMT, Active release, muscle energy technique MET, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation PNF to increase range of motion. 

Greta offers  and advanced Deep Oscillation technique that uses electrical current to penetrate down to deeper tissues and provide an electrical balance to the body's sensory and motor nerves. It provides calming effects that reduces pain, muscle spasms, fluid mobility to treat lymphedema and other swellings.
 
This technique is especially good for those who cannot tolerate deep tissue massage or manual therapy.    The oscillation sensations are "pleasant, gentle", and provide "deep-acting" effects on all tissue levels from skin to fascial connective tissues, muscles, blood, lymph vessels. They reduce pain, inflammation, and reabsorb edema.

 This type of massage will help you relieve that chronic pain area you have been feeling for a few weeks, months or even years.

Orthopedic/Medical massage (pain relief)

If you don't know what treatment you need, choose this one and the therapist will help you with the right treatment for your specific needs.  The therapist will discuss your health's needs, will customise the session by using several modalities or massage techniques and  make a wellness plan for you to get you back to balance. 

This massage involves working on deep tissue and soft tissue of the body.  We customise the massage to help reduce the build-up tension, sooth worked muscles, and promote relaxation. The custom massage helps maintain physical, mental and emotional well-being. It stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, and improve blood circulation and muscular tension.

Customised therapy

This is a specialized therapy that instantly relieves pain. It is thought to have the ability to "tricking" the brain into resetting the communication with the area of tension, allowing the folded muscle fibers to relax and straighten out. Neuromuscular Therapy is perfect for treating chronic muscle tension and pain. It treats conditions such as:
- Chronic pain on muscles
- Chronic tension caused by old injuries or bad postures
- Pain and restriction caused by tightened muscles
- Unexplained muscle and joint pain
- Muscles prone to cramp and spasm as well as many more.

Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT)

The Clinical MFR is a gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain, bring circulation and restore motion. Fascia is a connective tissue that encompasses the muscles, bones, nerves, blood vessels and organs of the body. The neuromuscular technique goes to the root of the problem and releases chromic pain.

Deep tissue massage

Swedish massage can be defined as the use of classic massage techniques to manipulate soft tissue for relaxation and holistic therapeutic purposes. 
The techniques used within Swedish massage are four main movements that are used to soothe and improve muscle condition, improve circulation and help you feel relaxed.

Swedish is a Relaxing Massage that helps maintain physical, mental and emotional well-being. It stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system and promotes a sense of relaxation and calmness. 

Common massage techniques used during the massage include: Effleurage, Kneading, Frictions, Tapotement, and Vibrations.These four movements are called effleurage, petrissage, kneading and tapotement.

Effleurage (also known as stroking) –  This movement is usually made towards the heart and increases the blood and lymph flow whilst also relaxing the patient.
Petrissage –from French Petrir meaning to knead) is traditionally linked with the kneading movement. This compression movement helps to eliminate waste products among many other benefits.
Kneading – This is a deep movement that can be applied to many parts of the body, the action is very similar to that of kneading bread.  The kneading action can improve elasticity and flexibility by creating movement between muscle bands.
Tapotement – These are fine vibratory movements that can be applied with the fingers or hands, working very quickly and rhythmically. 
Hacking – This movement is applied with the edge of the hand (in a slightly relaxed position) with the fingers slightly spread apart, to create a vibration effect when the hand strikes the surface.

Traditional Thai Yoga Stretch involves a series of stretches.  The therapist will tailor a Thai stretch according to the client’s individual needs: this means that it is very likely that no two treatments will be exactly the same.

Assisted Stretching is for every age group, every lifestyle and every body. Whether you’re a gym junkie, desk based office worker, or even a couch potato, everyone can benefit from stretching, and stretching correctly. 

The stretches aim is to work on the client’s back, shoulders, arms and legs to increase joint mobilization and release tension. The movements are fluid, slow and controlled, putting the client in a pleasant meditative, relaxed state.

A pre-workout stretch warms up your muscles, can reduce risk of injury and boost your performance. 

A post-workout stretch speeds recovery by flushing out metabolic waste, increasing blood flow and lengthening muscles that have just been contracted.

On top of it all it’s super relaxing.

What should I wear?
Anything you are comfortable in, and isn’t too restrictive. What you would wear to work out in is a simple answer. Your therapist will move you into some open positions so please ensure you are concealed.

Stretch for joint mobility & flexibility

Enhance your treatment with the therapeutic benefits of the  Red light therapy + Near infra red NIR on the massage table while you are receiving your treatment. You can receive minimum 20 minutes back of your body or front or your body on any of your treatments. You can buy session packages and come 1 or 2 times a week maximum.
We recommended 1 session a week.  It is beneficial for pain relief and inflammation.

Thai Yoga bodywork is an ancient healing system and art that combines dynamic assisted stretching Yoga posture, gentle pressure along energy lines to relax the whole body. Traditional Thai massage uses no oils or lotions. The recipient remains clothed during a treatment. There is constant professional body contact between the giver and receiver, but rather than rubbing on muscles, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked and the energy blockages are release.

Prenatal Massage has many benefits.  Your body undergoes some fundamental transformations including postural and hormonal changes, along with an increase in plasma and blood volume. Even your organs shift position as your pregnancy develops. Together, these effects can put significant pressure on the body, particularly on the spine, neck and weight-bearing joints.

A growing body of research indicates that regular Prenatal Massage provides a safe, drug-free, relaxing way to minimize and relieve the common discomforts of a developing pregnancy. Pregnancy Massage can improve not only your own physical and mental wellbeing but also that of your baby.

Prenatal Massage is both safe and beneficial for the majority of mothers-to-be. You can start after the first trimester of pregnancy.

There are some instances when massage may not be appropriate, particularly in a high-risk pregnancy or with certain health conditions (diabetes or morning sickness for example), so we always advise checking with your doctor or midwife first. 

Pregnancy Massage is performed on your side with pillows for support – this provides the most stability for the baby and is also most comfortable for you. The massage table is also designed to be propped up so that you can be on your back in a semi-seated position. It can also be elevated at the legs to reduce swelling.

Prenatal Massage is usually gentler than many other massage techniques. We often focus more on techniques that aid the circulatory and lymphatic systems, to help ensure a healthy flow of blood and reduction of feet swelling, and effective removal of toxins and waste.

Prenatal massage therapy is for those in not high risk pregnancy and can be gotten once you get approval from your Doctor.

This treatment uses red light wavelengths to penetrate the skin and stimulate a cellular process and involves exposure to red light wavelengths, typically between 660-850 nanometers.  Nir Infra red is invisible and penetrates deeper into the soft tissue, such as muscles joints and bones. 

 You can receive 30 minutes when you have a post operative wound that is open.  We suggest for wound healing you can use Red light therapy  every other day for a week at least.  You can accelerate the healing process in a week. 

 Red light therapy is beneficial for:
