Thai Yoga stretches—often called “assisted yoga”—are performed with the client fully clothed on a comfortable mat or table, using rhythmic compression and guided movements to gently open the hips, stretch the spine, and release tight muscles surrounding the lumbar area.

This integrated approach is ideal for those experiencing lower back pain due to posture, stress, a sedentary lifestyle, or chronic conditions. It supports both relaxation and mobility while promoting circulation, detoxification, and overall well-being.
