Axillary Web Syndrome (AWS), known as cording, is a very common sequelae of breast cancer surgery. I offer soft-tissue mobilization technique to work the cording, myofascia release, exercise and stretching techniques appropriate for facilitation of range of motion of the upper extremities and resolution of soft tissue adhesions.
