Complementary Therapies 

Red light therapy contains Nir infra red and red light.  Red light therapy is a type of phototherapy that uses red LED lights to promote a cellular response in the body and increase cellular turnover. This treatment uses red light wavelengths to penetrate the skin and stimulate a cellular process and involves exposure to red light wavelengths, typically between 660-850 nanometers.  Nir Infra red is invisible and penetrates deeper into the soft tissue, such as muscles joints and bones. 

 You can receive 30 minutes when you have a post operative wound that is open.  We suggest for wound healing you can use Red light therapy  every other day for a week at least.  You can accelerate the healing process in a week. 

 Red light therapy is beneficial for:

- Speeding up healing process of wounds, surgeries, scars, and other skin injuries.
- Stimulating collagen production and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. 
- Reducing  inflammation.  This type of therapy has anti-inflammatory properties that can reduce redness and inflammation in the skin.
- Reduce back pain, muscle pain, joint pain
- Improves skin texture and tone by increasing circulation and promoting cellular turnover.
- Can help with insomnia - Red light therapy can counteract the effects of blue light emissions caused by electronic devices so the mind and body can relax and go to sleep. 
- Reduce arthritis, inflammations and chronic pains
- Treat neuropathy and chronic pain conditions
