Complementary Therapies 

Enhance your treatment with the therapeutic benefits of the  Red light therapy + Near infra red (NIR) pad on the massage table while you are receiving your treatment. You can receive minimum 20 minutes back of your body or front or your body on any of your treatments. 1 or 2 times a week maximum is the recommended use. This beneficial for pain relief and inflammation reduction. 

Red light therapy is a type of phototherapy that uses red LED lights to promote a cellular response in the body and increase cellular turnover. This treatment uses red light wavelengths between 660-850 nanometers to penetrate the skin  deeper into the soft tissue, such as muscles joints and bones, and stimulate a cellular process.  The benefits include:

- Stimulates collagen production and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. 
- Reduces inflammation.
 This type of therapy has anti-inflammatory properties that can reduce redness and inflammation in the skin.
