Complementary Therapies 

Enhance your treatment with the therapeutic benefits of the  Red light therapy + Near infra red NIR on the massage table while you are receiving your treatment. You can receive minimum 20 minutes back of your body or front or your body on any of your treatments. You can buy session packages and come 1 or 2 times a week maximum.
We recommended 1 session a week.  It is beneficial for pain relief and inflammation.  

Red light therapy is a type of phototherapy that uses red LED lights to promote a cellular response in the body and increase cellular turnover. This treatment uses red light wavelengths to penetrate the skin and stimulate a cellular process and involves exposure to red light wavelengths, typically between 660-850 nanometers.  Nir Infra red is invisible and penetrates deeper into the soft tissue, such as muscles joints and bones. The benefits include:

- Stimulates collagen production and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. 
- Reduces inflammation.
 This type of therapy has anti-inflammatory properties that can reduce redness and inflammation in the skin.
- Improves skin texture and tone by increasing circulation and promoting cellular turnover.
- Speeds up healing process of wounds, surgeries, scars, and other skin injuries.
- Can help with insomnia - Red light therapy can counteract the effects of blue light emissions caused by electronic devices so the mind and body can relax and go to sleep.
