If you don't know what treatment you need, choose this one and the therapist will help you with the right treatment for your specific needs.  The therapist will discuss your health's needs, will customize the session by using several modalities or massage techniques and  make a wellness plan for you to get you back to balance. 

This massage involves working on deep tissue and soft tissue of the body.  We customize the massage to help reduce the build-up tension, sooth worked muscles, and promote relaxation. The custom massage helps maintain physical, mental and emotional well-being. It stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, and improve blood circulation and muscular tension.
