. We will assess and prioritize the areas of the Upper or Lower body that are affected and work with specific orthopedic techniques. Others, such as Myofascial Release MFR, Neuromuscular Technique NMT, Active release, muscle energy technique MET, and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation PNF, are used to increase range of motion.
